Deroma Group celebrates its first 70 years On Saturday, September 27th, at its headquarters in Malo (VI), Nuova Deroma Spa celebrated a significant milestone: 70 years of business.

It was an opportunity to share a convivial day with employees and give family members the opportunity to tour the plant, discovering the various stages of production of the terracotta vases for which the Group is a world leader.

The event was a great success, with over 350 people in attendance, including many retired former Deroma employees. Deroma also opened its doors to the younger generations: many children, even stroller-aged ones, were able to easily move around
the plant, which was specially adapted for their needs, including a play area and vase decorating area.

Local authorities also joined in this important milestone, with the participation of the Mayor of Malo,Moreno Marsetti, and the Parish Priest, Don Giampaolo Barausse. Finally, a moving speech by Nicolò Guerrera, also known on social media as Pieroad, captivated the audience.

Nicolò completed his 36,000km world tour on foot over the past five years, starting from Malo and exploring the most distant lands, just as Deroma has done throughout its 70-year history.
